7. User Responsibilities

8. Payment & Billing Terms

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
  • Installment commitments must be honored
  • Delayed payment may lead to suspension of services

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

SBM EDUCATION reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misconduct, non-payment, or violation of Terms.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

SBM EDUCATION uses WhatsApp Official API and RCS strictly for:

  • Admission confirmations
  • Batch/schedule updates
  • Fee reminders
  • Academic notifications

By sharing your number, you consent to receive these communications.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

All digital messages are sent in compliance with Meta Business Policy, TRAI regulations, and telecom guidelines. Users can opt out anytime by replying “STOP”.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, branding, and communication templates are the intellectual property of SBM EDUCATION and cannot be reused without permission.
